I designed a training workbook for leaders at the distribution center at Patagonia, continuing my ongoing work helping to create engaging learning materials for their teams. The cover features a graphic of pins showcasing seasonal T-shirt artwork, a nod to the brand’s culture and energy. I used seasonal brand colors throughout the layout and incorporated elements from other Patagonia workbooks I’ve designed, creating a sense of continuity and familiarity. The result is a vibrant, approachable resource that supports learning while reflecting the spirit of the brand.
